Handmade from AEBL Stainless steel with a highly specialized heat treat found only here at Pirate Forge.  This Fillet Knife will  take and hold a razor sharp edge. .  Laser engraved skull and bones touchmark as well as Pirate Forge branding on opposite side..  AEBL  stainless is resistance to rust and has excellent toughness making it a great choice for any blade.   The blade is flat ground with a satin finish.  The Blade is ground with the geometry needed to be used as a boning/meat slicing knife or a Fillet Breakdown Knife.  By breakdown knife I mean a large stiff fillet for cutting into large and or tough fish to get the fillet off the fish.  Again a very versatile blade you can use in the kitchen, at the campsite, or on the boat. The handle features Blue/Green Double Dyed stablized Maple Burl wood  with black G10 pins.  This  blade comes with custom in house made kydex sheath shown in listing pictures.
