I give you "DRANG"....This Bowie was handforged from 80crv2 high carbon steel.  It features a top notch in house Pirate Forge heat treat. This tough blade will take and hold a strong sharp edge. The blade features flat ground primary bevels with a satin finish, false edge, fullers, forged flats, Grail Mark, Pirate Forge engraving, and a mirror polished edge. The guard was forged from a piece of mild steel then hot fitted to the tang.  I then used a torch to heat and bend the S shaped quillions.  After that I free hand ground the multiple facets into the guard as well as placed some central file work by hand. The guard also has 7 hammer forged copper rivets across the face and quillions.  The full tang handle features highly figured/stabilized Koa Wood in a "Relic" style recessed fit up.  The handle has 10 hammer forged copper pins and a rear copper lanyard pin that I also forged/flared.  This piece comes with your choice of Right or Left handed belt loop sheath.  Also your choice of hand tooled leather, Gator skin, or Snake skin.
